You agree to use our website solely for the purposes of viewing the artworks and information provided, purchasing items and to contact us regarding your order. You must do this in a way that maintains the integrity of the site and its content, specifically you may not:
- Use automated tools or bots to submit forms or contact requests
- Send spam or unauthorised information through the contact forms
- Copy, distribute or modify out copyrighted materials
- Scrape the website, or otherwise copy information and images for AI training purposes
- Use the website in a fraudulent or illegal manner
Intellectual property
All content on this website, written or visual, is our intellectual property and cannot be copied, altered, reproduced or resold whether for personal or business use. Physical items purchased from us must not be copied, modified, or resold for business use.
Shipping and returns
When placing an order a shipping time frame is given as an estimate for delivery of your goods. Some items are made to order and will require additional time to deliver, and every effort is made to indicate this in your delivery estimate. If your goods have not arrived within the delivery estimate, please contact us so we can investigate further. We cannot be held responsible for late delivery of items, or any damages incurred by this.
You have the right to return orders within 14 days of receipt for a full refund provided the item is returned to us complete and in good condition. Returned items that were made to order may incur a restocking fee. Please use the Help with your order page if you have any issues with your order and we will do our best to put things right.
Limitation of liability
While we try to make sure the information on our website is complete and correct, we will not be liable for damages or legal responsibility arising from any errors or omissions found on the website.
We are not liable for any data loss that may occur, any service interruption, in the day-to-day operation of the website.
If goods purchased from us arrive damaged, late or do not arrive at all, our maximum liability is set at the cost of goods purchased and will extend no longer than 30 days from the date of purchase.
